Situated on the West Harbour, on the edge of beautiful bush in the historical city of Dunedin, the Steiner School offers a unique education for children from birth to thirteen years old.
We offer a full Steiner/Waldorf curriculum from playgroup and kindergarten through to the end of intermediate school. The Steiner approach addresses the whole person intellectually, artistically, socially and morally so as to develop each student’s innate self-discipline and strength of body and will.
Our school is the southernmost Steiner school in the world. It is situated on several hectares of land in a semi rural location on the slopes of Signal Hill | Te Pahure o te Rangipohika, overlooking Otago harbour, with views across to Hereweka and Pukekura.
